The Tren Maya has changed the way people travel around the Yucatan Peninsula. You can now reach Valladolid from Cancun, Merida and other cities comfortably, affordably and with landscapes you would not see from the highway. Here is everything you need to know.
The Valladolid Station
The Tren Maya station in Valladolid is located on the outskirts of the city. From there you can take a taxi to the center (10-15 minutes, around $50-80 MXN) or coordinate a transfer with your accommodation.
Available Routes
Cancun → Valladolid

Connects the two main cities of Yucatan. The scenery includes low jungle, henequen haciendas and colonial towns.
